Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kazenta.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@kazenta.com.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
